About the Role
We are seeking an Architectural Design Assistant Manager to join our team at RoMac Building Supply. In this role, you will lead the team and play a vital part in the design process, contributing to various projects that enhance our community's infrastructure. Your creativity and expertise will help us deliver outstanding results for our clients.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and project requirements.
Develop architectural designs and plans using Revit.
Ensure designs comply with Florida building codes and regulations.
Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders for feedback.
Work closely with construction teams to ensure design integrity during the building process.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in architectural design.
Lead Design team
Qualifications
5 years experience in Architecture or related field is preferred.
Proficiency in Revit software and other design tools.
Strong understanding of Florida building codes and regulations.
Excellent communication skills for client interactions and presentations.
Previous management experience preferred
Creative problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
